The Opportunity In the Role as Store Manager , in our new Adelaide location, you'll be the face of Hommey, leading by example and inspiring your team to create unforgettable customer experiences. Working full-time Tuesday to Saturday, you'll be the driving force behind our store's success. Key Responsibilities Motivate retail sales team to provide excellent customer service Driving the store and team to meet weekly & monthly targets Lead product education and training for existing and new products Present the store to the highest standard Manage post-purchase customer communications Manage stock and ordering processes Assist with local partnerships, events, and business council activations Manage team rosters and schedules Lead store team through clear and effective communication Onboard, train, and assist in recruiting on-brand staff About You 2 years of store management experience in retail, we encourage anyone with management experience to apply, even 2IC's A knack for driving sales and commercial outcomes A team player with excellent communication skills Experience in homewares, fashion or interior styling is a big plus The ability to build relationships with customers, locals, and VIPs Why Join Hommey?
